Labor Support Packages

Prenatal visits are conducted in your home or virtually on zoom or Google Meet. We will discuss:

  • Health history 

  • Birth preferences and plans

  • Prenatal and postpartum support 

  • Comfort techniques

  • Meeting the Back-Up doula 

  • Review questions or concerns you may have 

  • Newborn care + bringing baby home 

  • Postpartum care 

  • Signs and stages of labor 

  • Review Childbirth Education knowledge 

*Postpartum visits included in labor support packages are booked at the 7 and 14 days postpartum.*

 

​All postpartum services included in labor support packages (massage, lactation, etc.) must be used within 6 weeks following a vaginal birth or 10 weeks following a cesarean birth.

Labor Support:   $1400 - $2800

A birth doula will support you continuously throughout the duration of your labor and delivery of your newborn(s). These support techniques may include:

  • Massage

  • Guided imagery

  • Aromatherapy (using organic, therapeutic grade essential oils known to be useful during labor)

  • Guided breath work

  • Use of Rebozo scarf

  • Active listening

  • Reiki​​

  • Educating you and your partner prior to, and in the moment of your birth, allowing you to confidently make informed decisions

The Virtual Nest

$1400

Remote birth doula support, via Google Meet, FaceTime, phone call and/or text.

  • One 60 minute prenatal visit

  • Virtual labor & birth support

  • One 60 minute postpartum visit
     

The Standard Nest

$2300

  • Two 60 min prenatal visits

  • Constant and continuous labor support

  • Two 60 min postpartum visits

  • Three customized birth hypnosis recordings

  • One 30 min lactation counseling session

The Repeat Nest

  • One 90 minute prenatal visit

  • Constant and continuous labor support

  • One 90 minute postpartum visit

  • One customized birth hypnosis recording

The Extra Nest

$2800

  • Two 90 minute prenatal visits 

  • Two 90 minute postpartum visits 

  • Constant and continuous labor support

  • One 60 minute prenatal massage

  • One 60 minute postpartum massage 

  • Full series of 5 customized birth hypnosis recordings

  • Two 60 minute lactation counseling sessions, either in person or on zoom
