Package Fine Print:

Packages and appointments are nonrefundable. Packages and appointments are nontransferable. The cancellation and rescheduling policies strictly apply: if you cancel, no-call/no-show, or request to reschedule your appointment within 48 hours or less of session start time for any reason, the session will be considered used and cannot be rescheduled. The promotional package of 10 (11th free) must be used within 10 months of purchase date. Package holder must receive one session every calendar month, beginning the month of purchase. The 11th session is considered part of the package and is also non-transferable and has no dollar amount, and therefore, cannot be refunded. The 11th session can not be broken down or gifted, and must be used as a single session within 11 months of purchase date. All sessions must be of same modality and length. The package has a strict expiration date that is nonnegotiable. All 11 sessions must be booked at time of purchase. Limit one package per client. Package applies only to future, unpaid sessions and cannot be applied to previous appointments.
